Greg holds and an MBA (majoring in Association Management, strategic planning, marketing, communications, legal) which he gained as the successful candidate for a scholarship from the Society of Association Executives (AuSAE). He also holds a Bachelor of Economics majoring in accounting, economics and commercial law.
Greg is a member of the Institute of Company Directors, Chartered Secretaries Australia and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. Greg was Associate Director in the management consulting division of the international accounting and management consulting firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (now Deloitte) based in Sydney.
In addition, Greg also has been CEO of various professional and industry associations over the past 20 years and has conducted consultancy and training at the operational and management level. Greg conducts annual Board of Director training sessions for various associations and has written numerous strategic and marketing plans which he has subsequently implemented on a contract basis.
A modest team along with associates in legal, accounting and database management support Greg at AMI Pty Ltd.
